Leading Expert on Russian Political, Military and Economic Strategy to speak at the 2023 Iowa Renewable Fuels Summit

JOHNSTON, IOWA – The Russian invasion of Ukraine significantly disturbed agriculture and energy markets creating uncertainty that rippled around the globe. Dr. Yuval Weber, the 2023 Iowa Renewable Fuels Summit keynote speaker, will discuss his view of what is driving Russia and what the future may hold.
Dr. Weber, distinguished Fellow at the Brute Krulak Center for Innovation and Future Warfare at Marine Corps University in Quantico, VA, is the subject-matter expert on Russian military and political strategy.
