JOHNSTON, IOWA – The Iowa Renewable Fuels Association is pleased to announce a new Communications Manager, Emma Koehler. Koehler is a recent graduate from the University of Northern Iowa and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Media: Journalism. She also has a degree and background in Precision Agriculture.
“We are excited to welcome Emma to the team and look forward to her energy and innovation taking our communications to new levels,” stated IRFA Executive Director Monte Shaw.
Originally from Tama, Koehler grew up in 4H and FFA where she developed a love for agriculture. This passion for agriculture is what fueled her to join the IRFA team. “I strongly believe this position with IRFA is the perfect fit for myself as I kickstart my career,” said Koehler. “I am excited to apply myself in promoting renewable fuels and their positive impact of Iowa’s economy and environment.”
The Iowa Renewable Fuels Association represents the state’s liquid renewable fuels industry and works to foster its growth.
