WEST DES MOINES, IA – In honor of National Agriculture Day, Iowa Renewable Fuels Association (IRFA) celebrates a record number of associate members who join IRFA in supporting renewable fuels in the state. The more than 70 members include companies and organizations that provide services, equipment and technology solutions while holding an interest in the production and marketing of renewable fuels.

“We are incredibly thankful for the many associate members who put their trust in us as we work to represent Iowa’s liquid renewable fuels and lead the nation in domestic energy production,” said IRFA Marketing Director Lisa Coffelt. “National Ag Day is the perfect day to celebrate such an achievement for the association, representing the many pieces that make up our ag economy. Thank you to our members, and beyond, who feed and fuel our world.”

So far in 2025, the most recent to join IRFA as an associate member include Tallgrass, an energy infrastructure company, and Hydrobe, an algae technology company that consumes and recycles carbon emissions.
