Former Volkswagen President and CEO to Discuss Vehicle Technologies at Iowa Renewable Fuels Summit

WEST DES MOINES, IA – The Iowa Renewable Fuels Summit will feature a keynote session from former Volkswagen North America President and CEO Pablo Di Si. Di Si will discuss his outlook for vehicle technologies and the role biofuels can play in the future of consumer vehicles.

Pablo Di Si is an accomplished global business leader with extensive experience in the automotive, commercial vehicles, agricultural, and consumer industries. He served as President & CEO of Volkswagen North America (2022–2024) and Volkswagen Latin America (2017–2022), driving major turnarounds and transformational growth initiatives. Previously, he held senior roles at Fiat Chrysler, Monsanto, Kimberly-Clark, and Abbott Laboratories.
Pablo has deep expertise in strategy, operations, M&A, and government relations, having negotiated with heads of state and senior officials across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. He currently serves as an Independent Board Member at Lindsay Corporation, Copersucar, and JHSF, and is a Trustee at Loyola University Chicago. Recognized among Bloomberg Línea’s 500 Most Influential People in Latin America, he is a frequent keynote speaker and advocate for innovation and sustainability.
