Protec fuel, in partnership with the Iowa Renewable Fuels Association (IRFA), is hosting a FREE workshop for fuel retailers on Monday, December 7 addressing how a turnkey project could be your best solution to making higher ethanol blends part of your business model.
Todd Garner, CEO of Protec Fuel, will address how to make higher ethanol blends work for you through fuel sourcing options, cost efficiencies, risk management, and equipment procurement, along with a special equipment financing program.
Iowa has been awarded funding through the USDA’s Biofuels Infrastructure Partnership. Harold Hommes of the Iowa Department of Agriculture will outline the application process for the $5 million available to Iowa retailers for blender pump installations.
Brian Kinney of the IRFA provides assistance to retailers in applying for the Iowa Renewable Fuels Infrastructure Program. Learn how this grant funding can supplement the USDA infrastructure financial assistance.
This workshop will take place Monday, December 7 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the IRFA office, located at 5505 N.W. 88th St., Johnston, IA 50131. Lunch will be provided.
